目的 考察乳果糖复合肠清液在结肠镜临床应用中的效果.方法 将192例接受结肠镜检查的患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组96例.对照组患者给予乳果糖复合聚乙二醇进行肠道准备,研究组患者给予乳果糖复合肠清液.比较两组患者肠道准备情况、药物不良反应以及患者主观接受度.结果 研究组患者肠道清洁率显著高于对照组(P<0.05).初次排便时间、肠内容物排清时间显著低于对照组(P<0.01).排便次数显著低于对照组(P<0.01).两组患者不良反应发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05).研究组患者主观接受度显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 乳果糖复合肠清液在结肠镜准备中具有更为良好的肠道准备效果和主观接受度且不良反应发生率较低,具有临床应用价值.
目的 攷察乳果糖複閤腸清液在結腸鏡臨床應用中的效果.方法 將192例接受結腸鏡檢查的患者隨機分為研究組和對照組,每組96例.對照組患者給予乳果糖複閤聚乙二醇進行腸道準備,研究組患者給予乳果糖複閤腸清液.比較兩組患者腸道準備情況、藥物不良反應以及患者主觀接受度.結果 研究組患者腸道清潔率顯著高于對照組(P<0.05).初次排便時間、腸內容物排清時間顯著低于對照組(P<0.01).排便次數顯著低于對照組(P<0.01).兩組患者不良反應髮生率無統計學差異(P>0.05).研究組患者主觀接受度顯著高于對照組(P<0.05).結論 乳果糖複閤腸清液在結腸鏡準備中具有更為良好的腸道準備效果和主觀接受度且不良反應髮生率較低,具有臨床應用價值.

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of lactulose combined with intestinal supernatant in colonoscopy.Methods A total of 192 patients undergoing colonoscopy treatment or inspection were randomly divided into study group and control group, 96 patients in each group. Patients in control group were given lactulose combined with polyethylene glycol for bowel preparation and patients in study group were given lactulose combined with intestinal supernatant for bowel preparation. The bowel preparation situation, adverse reaction and patients' subjective acceptance were compared between two groups.Results The intestinal cleansing rate in study group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). The time of initial defecation and intestinal contents emptied in study group were significantly less than those in control group (P<0.01). The defecation times in study group was significantly less than that in control group (P<0.01). There was no significantly difference of adverse reaction rate between two groups (P>0.05). The patients' subjective acceptance in study group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Lactulose combined with intestinal supernatant has a great bowel preparation effects, high subjective acceptance and low adverse reaction rate, makes it worth for clinical application.
