随着发绀型先天性心脏病患儿术后的生存时间不断提升,患儿的神经智力的发育状况也愈加得到重视.先心病手术的脑损伤主要发生于体外循环,其病理生理过程均大多归结为缺氧、缺血再灌注、再氧合损伤.神经功能障碍在远期表现为运动障碍、语言发育迟缓以及认知障碍等,早期往往不易发现,具有潜在危害.研究表明,手术年龄越小远期神经智力发育就越好,而相反,在较大年龄行矫治手术的则易影响神经智力发育.

With increasing survival rates, there is growing importance in the neurodevelopmental development among pediatric patients with cyanosis congenital heart diseases (CHD). The brain injury occurs mainly in cardiopulmonary bypass, and its pathophysiologic process is mostly due to hypoxia, ischemia-reperfusion and reoxygenation injury. Neurodevelopmental dysfunctions present in long-term motor and cognitive impairments as well as language retardation. It's hard to be discovered in the early period but it's potentially harmful. Chronological age appeared to be significantly related to the neurodevelopmental development in children with cyanosis CHD. The studies indicate that older children with CHD display an increased risk of overall, so we suggest that we'd better do operation on pediatric patients as early as possible.
