永清商务综合区底板混凝土强度等级为C60,底板平均厚度4.5m,最大厚度11.7m,属于高强大体积混凝土底板,温度场与温度应力场分析十分必要。利用ANSYS软件进行三维实体建模,并采用单元生死控制分层激活的方法模拟施工浇筑速率,较好地模拟了温度场与温度应力场的发展规律。数值计算温度规律与实测温度规律一致,中心点最高温差<1℃,数值计算的温度应力表明在浇筑的100h内,温度应力极小,100h后温度应力发展明显,上表面出现拉应力,中、下部出现压应力,上表面拉应力小于混凝土的抗拉强度,混凝土抗裂性好。

It is necessary to analyze temperature and stress field of Yongqing floors which belongs to high strength mass C60 concrete with average thickness 4. 5m, maximum thickness 11. 7m. The 3D solid modeling using ANSYS software and using element birth and death control method for layered activated is done to simulate construction pouring rate, and simulate the development rules of temperature and stress field. The maximum temperature difference of center point between numerical calculation and measured temperature is lower than 1℃. Temperature stress of numerical calculation is minimal in pouring 100h, after 100h temperature stress development is obvious, tensile stress is less than tensile strength, which indicates that the concrete has a good crack resistance.
