协同创新是提升农业科技创新效率的必然途径.文章分析了当前制约农业科研协同创新的主要因素,总结了超级稻项目等几个典型案例的协同创新经验,归纳了农业科研协同创新的四种主要模式,提出了推进国家农业科技创新联盟建设运行、加强协同创新科研任务的顶层设计和改进科技评价机制等政策建议.

Collaborative Innovation is the necessary way to promote innovation efficiency. Main factors that hinder collaborative innovation in agricultural scientific research were summarized in the paper. Experiences of several successful collaborative cases, such as the super rice program, were summarized. Four main collaborative innovation models were concluded. Some strategic advices were put forward, such as promoting the construction and carrying out of national collaborative innovation union in agricultural research, strengthening top design of programs of collaborative innovation, and improving evaluation mechanism of science and technology.
