为加快滨海高新区建设,改善区域水生态环境,建设滨海高新区某10,000,m3/d污水处理厂。项目通过详细的调研、论证、对比,确定采用预处理 A2O 生化处理-深度处理-生态处理工艺,建成后利用接种方式培养活性污泥。自运行以来,工艺处理后,出水COD 31.3~40.2,mg/L、BOD 8.1~8.4,mg/L、SS 8.2~8.6,mg/L、NH3-N 3.8~4.2,mg/L、TN 9.6~10.8,mg/L、TP 0.39~0.4,mg/L,运行效果良好,稳定性高,出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A排放标准。

In order to speed up the construction of Tianjin Binhai Hi-tech Industrial Development Area and improve the regional water ecological environment,it is decided to build a 10,000,m3/d Wastewater Treatment Plant.Through detailed research and comparison,the process of pretreatment-A2O biochemical treatment-advanced treatment-ecological treatment process was selected.When the construction was completed,inoculation methods were adopted to produce activated sludge.Since the operation,the effect has been proved stable and reliable,and effluent factors of treated water reached:COD 31.3—40.2,mg/L,BOD 8.1—8.4,mg/L,SS 8.2—8.6,mg/L,NH3—N 3.8—4.2,mg/L,TN 9.6—10.8,mg/L and TP 0.39—0.4,mg/L.The effluent quality meets the first class A criteria of Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal waste-water treatment plant(GB,18918—2002).
