基于 STM8的低功耗模块实现了矿用本安仪器的无线通信。提出了无线通信系统的整体结构,遵循本安性、兼容性和低功耗原则优化改造现有的矿用本安仪器,分析了实现矿用本安仪器之间采用无线数传通信的技术难题,包括通信协议和功耗问题,系统功能主要由 SX1212与单片机 ST 公司的低功耗单片机 STM8L101F3实现,设计了系统电源电路和本安电源电路,其中本安电源电路具有热保护功能,可以防止器件过热。研究结果表明,模块在改动极小的情况下,既可以使本安仪器之间实现无线通信,又几乎不影响仪器原有的性能指标,解决了矿井有线通信的难题。

Because of the cumbersome nature of the wired communication,present mine intrinsically safe instrument of wireless communication.Based on low-power module of STM8 implements First,it presents the overall structure of a wire-less communication system,follow the principle of safety,compatibility,and low power consumption optimization to trans-form the existing mine intrinsically safe instrument.Analyze the realization of mine among intrinsically safe instrument using wireless digital communications technical problems,including communications protocol and power consumption.The system function is mainly realized by SX1212 and the low-power single-chip microcontroller STM8L101F3 produced by ST compa-ny.Design the system power supply circuit and intrinsically safe power supply circuit which has thermal shutdown function and thermal protection feature,preventing the device from overheating.The results show that the module with small chan-ges can make intrinsically safe equipment realize wireless communication when not afferting the performance of the original instrument,and solves the problem of mine wired communications.
