随着煤矿绿色开采概念的逐步推行,煤炭开采对地下水的影响越来越受到重视. 提出用集对分析( SPA)多元联系数来描述煤矿水质评价中的确定性和模糊不确定性,并引入区间三角模糊数( ITFN)来对联系数同异反结构中差异度系数的连续变化过程进行描述,最后提出了基于多元联系数的区间三角模糊数的决策评价新模型( SPA-ITFN). 采用该评价模型和模糊综合评价法,对比分析了伊犁伊宁矿区的水质情况,评价结果一致,并且联系数的大小更能反映同等级之间水质污染程度的强弱. 该模型计算过程简单,结果客观真实,可为煤矿地下水质评价提供一种新的方法和科学决策支持.

With the gradual implementation of the concept of green mining technique in coal mines, more and more attention was paid to the influence of coal mining on groundwater. In this paper, the multivariate connection number of set pair analysis ( SPA) was used to describe the uncertainty and fuzzy uncertainty in the evaluation of coal mine water quality, and the interval triangular fuzzy numbers ( ITFN ) was introduced to describe the continuous change process of discrepancy degree coefficient of the structure of similar different antithetical of connection number, and a new decision evaluation model of interval triangular fuzzy numbers ( SPA-ITFN ) based on the multivariate connection number was finally put forward. Comparative analysis was carried out on the water quality in Yining Coal Ming Area, the evaluation results were consistent, and the size of connection number can reflect the degree of water quality pollution between the same levels. The calculation process of this model is simple and the result is objective and true, so it can provide a new method for evaluation of groundwater quality of coal mine and a technical support for scientific decision.
