介绍了输电线路工程大跨越基础后注浆设计计算的研究情况,以某大跨越工程的后注浆基础设计为对象,用优化手段达到降低造价,解决受地震液化、高桩悬臂等因素控制的难题。结果表明:后注浆技术应用到大跨越基础设计上,可节省基础材料量20%以上,经济效益巨大,并且在可靠性、抗腐蚀性、消除沉降附加应力等方面具有良好的效果,是未来大跨越桩基础设计的发展方向。
介紹瞭輸電線路工程大跨越基礎後註漿設計計算的研究情況,以某大跨越工程的後註漿基礎設計為對象,用優化手段達到降低造價,解決受地震液化、高樁懸臂等因素控製的難題。結果錶明:後註漿技術應用到大跨越基礎設計上,可節省基礎材料量20%以上,經濟效益巨大,併且在可靠性、抗腐蝕性、消除沉降附加應力等方麵具有良好的效果,是未來大跨越樁基礎設計的髮展方嚮。
개소료수전선로공정대과월기출후주장설계계산적연구정황,이모대과월공정적후주장기출설계위대상,용우화수단체도강저조개,해결수지진액화、고장현비등인소공제적난제。결과표명:후주장기술응용도대과월기출설계상,가절성기출재료량20%이상,경제효익거대,병차재가고성、항부식성、소제침강부가응력등방면구유량호적효과,시미래대과월장기출설계적발전방향。
The research background of the design and development of post grouting piles in large span transmission engi-neering projects was introduced .According to the case study of a particular project with large span foundation ,optimiza-tion method was adopted to reduce cost , solve the problems caused by earthquake-induced liquefaction and high can-tilevers .The results indicate that by adopting post grouting piles ,20% cost of basic materials can be saved ,meanwhile post grouting piles excel in durability and anti-corrosion ,they can also eliminate the additional stress of the foundation settlement .These piles have a great prospect in the design of large span foundations .
