目的:探讨磷脂酰肌醇蛋白聚糖3(GPC3)及ki67在不同分化程度的肝细胞癌(HCC)中的表达强度,分析不同分化程度的肝细胞癌组织中GPC3的表达强度与ki67之间的关系。方法搜集2010年7月~2014年7月首都医科大学附属北京佑安医院病理科90例HCC部分肝切除标本。采用免疫组化SP法检测HCC中GPC3及ki67的表达情况,比较不同分化程度的HCC中GPC3及ki67表达的强度,分析不同分化程度HCC中GPC3表达情况与ki67之间的关系。结果低分化HCC中GPC3的阳性率(90.00%)明显高于中分化(83.33%)和高分化(50.00%),且中分化明显高于高分化,差异均有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);GPC3中-强着色度(+++~++++)在低分化HCC中阳性率(66.67%)高于中分化(23.33%)及高分化中(6.67%),且中分化明显高于高分化,差异均有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);低分化HCC中ki67的表达高于中分化和高分化,且中分化高于高分化,差异均有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);不同分化HCC中GPC3的表达与ki67呈正相关(r=0.551,P=0.000)。结论 GPC3、ki67的表达强度与HCC的分化有关;GPC3的表达与肝细胞癌的ki67表达呈正相关。

목적:탐토린지선기순단백취당3(GPC3)급ki67재불동분화정도적간세포암(HCC)중적표체강도,분석불동분화정도적간세포암조직중GPC3적표체강도여ki67지간적관계。방법수집2010년7월~2014년7월수도의과대학부속북경우안의원병이과90례HCC부분간절제표본。채용면역조화SP법검측HCC중GPC3급ki67적표체정황,비교불동분화정도적HCC중GPC3급ki67표체적강도,분석불동분화정도HCC중GPC3표체정황여ki67지간적관계。결과저분화HCC중GPC3적양성솔(90.00%)명현고우중분화(83.33%)화고분화(50.00%),차중분화명현고우고분화,차이균유고도통계학의의(P<0.01);GPC3중-강착색도(+++~++++)재저분화HCC중양성솔(66.67%)고우중분화(23.33%)급고분화중(6.67%),차중분화명현고우고분화,차이균유고도통계학의의(P<0.01);저분화HCC중ki67적표체고우중분화화고분화,차중분화고우고분화,차이균유고도통계학의의(P<0.01);불동분화HCC중GPC3적표체여ki67정정상관(r=0.551,P=0.000)。결론 GPC3、ki67적표체강도여HCC적분화유관;GPC3적표체여간세포암적ki67표체정정상관。
Objective To investigate the expression intensity of Glypican-3 (GPC3) and ki67 in different grade hepato-cellular carcinoma (HCC), and analyze the relationship between the expression of GPC3 and ki67 in different grade HCC. Methods From July 2010 to July 2014, in Department of Pathology, Beijing You'an Hospital, Capital Medical U-niversity, 90 samples of HCC hepatectomies were selected. GPC3 and ki67 were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method, the expression intensity of GPC3 and ki67 in different grade HCC were compared, the correlation of GPC3 and ki67 in different grade HCC was analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of poorly differentiated HCC (90.00%) was significantly higher than that of intermediate differentiated HCC (83.33%) and well differentiated HCC (50.00%), and this of intermediate differentiated HCC was significantly higher than that of well differentiated HCC, the differences were statistically significant (P< 0.01). Middle to strong staining intensity positive expression rate of GPC3 in poorly differentiated HCC (66.67%) was higher than that of intermediate differentiated HCC (23.33%) and well differentiated HCC (6.67%), that of intermediate differentiated HCC was significantly higher than that of well differentiated HCC, the differences were statistically significant (P< 0.01). The ki67 exeression of poorly differentiated HCC was higher than that of intermediate differentiated HCC and well differentiated HCC, and this of intermediate differentiated HCC was significantly higher than that of well differentiated HCC, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.01). Strength of the expression of GPC3 had positive correlation with the expression of ki67 (r = 0.551, P= 0.000). Con-clusion The expression of GPC3 and ki67 have corre-lation with the differentiation of HCC. GPC3 has posi-tive correlation with the expression of ki67.
