目的：探讨RetCamⅢ眼底照相检查联合超声检查在婴幼儿眼病诊断中的应用价值。方法对52例患儿用RetCamⅢ眼底照相检查联合超声检查。结果52例患儿RetCamⅢ眼底检查及超声检查均有特征性表现。结论 RetCamⅢ眼底检查联合超声检查可以为临床提供客观依据，减少误诊，漏诊，在婴幼儿眼病诊断中有重要应用价值。
目的：探討RetCamⅢ眼底照相檢查聯閤超聲檢查在嬰幼兒眼病診斷中的應用價值。方法對52例患兒用RetCamⅢ眼底照相檢查聯閤超聲檢查。結果52例患兒RetCamⅢ眼底檢查及超聲檢查均有特徵性錶現。結論 RetCamⅢ眼底檢查聯閤超聲檢查可以為臨床提供客觀依據，減少誤診，漏診，在嬰幼兒眼病診斷中有重要應用價值。
목적：탐토RetCamⅢ안저조상검사연합초성검사재영유인안병진단중적응용개치。방법대52례환인용RetCamⅢ안저조상검사연합초성검사。결과52례환인RetCamⅢ안저검사급초성검사균유특정성표현。결론 RetCamⅢ안저검사연합초성검사가이위림상제공객관의거，감소오진，루진，재영유인안병진단중유중요응용개치。
Objective To evaluate the application of fundus photography along with ocular sonography to diagnose eye disorders in infants and children.Methods RetCam III ( Wide-angle digital retinal imaging system, Clarity Medical Device, USA) was used for fundus photography, and A/B ultrasound ( Quantel Medical, France) was used for ocular sonography in 52 infants and children.Results The fundus check and ultrasonography of 52 infants and children showed characteristic features.Conclusion Application of RetCam III fundus photography and ultrasound examination can provide objective evidence of eye disorders in infants and children, therefore can help to reduce misdiagnosis in this age group of patients.
