目的：研究八段锦对慢性阻塞性肺疾病住院患者生活质量及满意度的作用。方法选择2014年8月~2015年3月中国中医科学院广安门医院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者160例，按照患者意愿将患者分为八段锦组(n=80)和对照组(n=80)，出院前评估患者生活质量及护理满意度。结果八段锦组6 min步行距离、改良呼吸困难指数(mMRC)评分、慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估测试(CAT)评分较治疗前及对照组同期均有所改善，但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。八段锦组患者对护理的满意度为96.25%，较对照组(90.00%)高，但两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论八段锦简单易学，运动强度适中，对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者而言，是很好的锻炼方式，利于推广和接受。八段锦能在一定程度上提高患者生活质量及满意度，但需更大样本量的研究证实。
목적：연구팔단금대만성조새성폐질병주원환자생활질량급만의도적작용。방법선택2014년8월~2015년3월중국중의과학원엄안문의원수치적만성조새성폐질병환자160례，안조환자의원장환자분위팔단금조(n=80)화대조조(n=80)，출원전평고환자생활질량급호리만의도。결과팔단금조6 min보행거리、개량호흡곤난지수(mMRC)평분、만성조새성폐질병평고측시(CAT)평분교치료전급대조조동기균유소개선，단차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。팔단금조환자대호리적만의도위96.25%，교대조조(90.00%)고，단량조차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론팔단금간단역학，운동강도괄중，대만성조새성폐질병환자이언，시흔호적단련방식，리우추엄화접수。팔단금능재일정정도상제고환자생활질량급만의도，단수경대양본량적연구증실。
Objective To investigate the effect of Baduanjin on the quality of life and satisfaction of inpatients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases. Methods One hundred and sixty patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases admitted to Guang'anmen Hospital, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from August 2014 to March 2015 were selected and they were assigned to Baduanjin group (n=80) and control group (n=80) by their wishes. The quality of life and nursing satisfaction was evaluated before discharge. Results The 6 min walking distance, the scores of modified British medical research council (mMRC) and COPD assessment test (CAT) of patients in the Baduanjin group were higher than before treatment and the control group in the same period, while there were no statistically sig-nificant differences (P>0.05). The nursing satisfaction of Baduanjin group was 96.25%, which was higher than that of con-trol group (90.00%), but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Baduanjin is simple and easy to learn, and its exercise intensity is suitable. For patients with chronic obstructive pul-monary diseases, Baduanjin is a good exercise way and suitable for popularization and acceptance. Baduanjin can im-prove the quality of life and satisfaction of patients to a certain extent, but that still needs a larger sample size of study.
