我院以教育部“卓越工程师教育培养计划”为指导思想，以焊接技术及自动化专业为试点，探索构建校企合作，“双主体”育人的“卓越技师”创新人才培养模式。通过实施“卓越技师”人才培养，不断完善专业建设、课程建设、师资队伍建设等改革项目，进一步提高学生的专业知识、职业能力、人文素养等综合素质，为学生提升了就业空间，为企业提供了具有更高技能、更高素质的卓越人才。

아원이교육부“탁월공정사교육배양계화”위지도사상，이한접기술급자동화전업위시점，탐색구건교기합작，“쌍주체”육인적“탁월기사”창신인재배양모식。통과실시“탁월기사”인재배양，불단완선전업건설、과정건설、사자대오건설등개혁항목，진일보제고학생적전업지식、직업능력、인문소양등종합소질，위학생제승료취업공간，위기업제공료구유경고기능、경고소질적탁월인재。
With the Ministry of Education “Excellent engineer education training program” as the guiding ideology ,welding technology and automation as a pilot ,the polytechnic tried to explore “excellent technician” Innovative T raining Model of constructing school‐enterprise cooper‐ation and “double subject” educating .T he implementation of “excellent technician” training can constantly improve the professional develop‐ment ,curriculum development ,teaching staff and other reform projects ;furthermore it can improve the overall quality of students'professional knowledge ,professional ability ,humanities ,etc .And the students will get ready technician occupational qualification graduation certificate .
