为了解圆通山动物园绿孔雀肠道寄生虫感染情况，采用饱和食盐水漂浮、离心沉淀等方法对该园绿孔雀的粪便样本进行检查。结果表明，该园绿孔雀的肠道寄生虫感染较为普遍，感染的寄生虫种类主要有球虫、圆线虫、异刺线虫、赖利绦虫等。研究结果为制订绿孔雀肠道寄生虫感染防治措施提供了理论依据。

In order to understand the epidemiology of parasites infection in Pauo muticus intestine rearing in Yuantongshan Zoo, the saturated salt water floating method, centrifugal sedimentation technique and other methods were used to examine the fecal samples of Pauo muticus. The results showed that the intestinal parasites infection of Pauo muticus in Yuantongshan Zoo was commonly observed and the most frequently found species were Coccidia, Strongyle, Heterakis gallinae, Raliiletina cestodes, etc. The finding in this study provides a theory foundation for the establishment of prevention and treatment measures against intestinal parasites infection of Pauo muticus.
