畜禽饲料中禁用抗生素类促生长剂后,迫切需要寻找其替代物。从功效以及经济角度看,单宁可以作为替代品来显著提高畜禽的生产性能。目前,已将单宁成功运用于家禽饲料添加剂中来控制疾病和提高动物的生产性能。主要综述单宁在家禽生产上的应用及其作用机制,以期为今后单宁的实际应用提供借鉴。

Alternatives for antibiotics is urgently needed due to the antimicrobial growth promoter ban in livestock feed. Tannin has been proved as an alternative for antibiotics which is able to effectively and economically improve the production performance of livestock. Currently, tannin has been successfully applied as feed additive in diseases control and production performance improvement of livestock. The application and action mechanism of tannin in poultry production are reviewed in this paper, so as to provide reference for its practical application in future.
