目的：分析甲状腺相关性眼病（ TAO）患者泪河的变化，探讨眼前节相干光断层扫描仪（ AS-OCT）在TAO患者干眼诊断中的应用。方法随机选取我院门诊就诊的TAO患者50例（100只眼），根据干眼症状分为干眼组和非干眼组，采用AS-OCT记录并比较患者的下方泪河高度（ TMH）、泪河深度（ TMD）以及泪河横截面面积（TMA）。P ＜0．05认为差异有统计学意义。结果 TAO干眼组TMH为（0．174±0．034） mm，TMD为（0．159±0.012）mm，TMA为（0．029±0．010）（mm2），TAO非干眼组的TMH为（0．184±0．029）mm，TMD为（0．168±0．009） mm，TMA为（0．033±0．014）（mm2）；两者与正常对照组相比差异均有统计学意义。结论 AS-OCT测量TAO患者的泪河形态图像清楚、客观稳定；可以早期发现其泪液的改变，有利于早期诊断TAO患者的干眼程度，从而在临床中可以早期干预治疗。
목적：분석갑상선상관성안병（ TAO）환자루하적변화，탐토안전절상간광단층소묘의（ AS-OCT）재TAO환자간안진단중적응용。방법수궤선취아원문진취진적TAO환자50례（100지안），근거간안증상분위간안조화비간안조，채용AS-OCT기록병비교환자적하방루하고도（ TMH）、루하심도（ TMD）이급루하횡절면면적（TMA）。P ＜0．05인위차이유통계학의의。결과 TAO간안조TMH위（0．174±0．034） mm，TMD위（0．159±0.012）mm，TMA위（0．029±0．010）（mm2），TAO비간안조적TMH위（0．184±0．029）mm，TMD위（0．168±0．009） mm，TMA위（0．033±0．014）（mm2）；량자여정상대조조상비차이균유통계학의의。결론 AS-OCT측량TAO환자적루하형태도상청초、객관은정；가이조기발현기루액적개변，유리우조기진단TAO환자적간안정도，종이재림상중가이조기간예치료。
Objective To evaluate tear meniscus changes in thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy ( TAO) patients u-sing anterior segment optical coherence tomography ( AS-OCT) , and to investigate the application of AS-OCT in the diagno-sis of TAO patients with dry eyes.Methods Author randomly selected 50 patients with TAO who were diagnosed in our hospital.Patients were divided into dry eye and non-dry eye groups according to dry eye symptoms.AS-OCT was used to measure the tear meniscus height (TMH), tear meniscus depth (TMD), and tear meniscus area (TMA).P value less than 0.05 was considered statistically.Results Average values of TMH, TMD and TMA in the dry eye patients were 0.174 ±0.034 mm, 0.159 ±0.012 mm, and 0.029 ±0.010 mm2 , respectively.These values were significantly different from those measured in healthy subjects.The average values of TMH, TMD and TMA in non-dry eye patients were 0.184 ± 0.029 mm, 0.168 ±0.009 mm, and 0.033 ±0.014 mm2 , respectively.These values were also significantly different from those measured in healthy subjects.Conclusion AS-OCT can clearly image and measure cross section of tear meniscus.It is helpful for early diagnosis and treatment of dry eye in TAO patients.Artificial tear can effectively relieve dry eye symp-tom.
