目的：观察兔和猴眼表碱烧伤经人羊膜移植治疗后的临床和病理变化。方法选取6只新西兰兔和3只猕猴构建眼表碱烧伤模型，采用人羊膜移植治疗，于术后第1、2、4、8和12周观察术眼的临床表现。术后12周处死动物，取角膜、角膜缘及巩膜区部分组织，行HE染色。结果经人羊膜移植治疗后，兔角膜碱烧伤后产生较强烈的并发症如角膜结膜化、混浊、新生血管增生等反应；猴角膜碱烧伤后的症状则要轻微的多。结论兔和猴眼表碱烧伤经人羊膜治疗性移植后表现出不同的临床和病理变化，兔子可能更适合眼表碱烧伤模型。
목적：관찰토화후안표감소상경인양막이식치료후적림상화병리변화。방법선취6지신서란토화3지미후구건안표감소상모형，채용인양막이식치료，우술후제1、2、4、8화12주관찰술안적림상표현。술후12주처사동물，취각막、각막연급공막구부분조직，행HE염색。결과경인양막이식치료후，토각막감소상후산생교강렬적병발증여각막결막화、혼탁、신생혈관증생등반응；후각막감소상후적증상칙요경미적다。결론토화후안표감소상경인양막치료성이식후표현출불동적림상화병리변화，토자가능경괄합안표감소상모형。
Objective To investigate clinical and pathological features of ocular surface alkali injury in rabbits and monkeys after human amniotic membrane transplantation.Methods Six healthy New Zealand rabbits and 3 healthy rhesus monkeys were selected for the model of ocular surface alkali injury.The clinical features of treatment were observed at 1st, 2nd, 4th, 8th, and 12th weeks after treatment.Animals were sacrificed at 12th week and the cornea, limbus and sclera tis-sues were collected and HE stained.Results After treatment of transplantation, the rabbits showed stronger complications such as corneal conjunctiva,turbidity, and neovascularization compared with those in monkeys.Conclusion The rabbits and monkeys showed different clinical and pathological features of ocular surface alkali injury, and rabbits may be more suitable for the model of ocular surface alkali injury.
