旨在研究杂粕型日粮中添加不同酶谱的复合酶对蛋鸡产蛋高峰期产蛋性能及蛋品质的影响。选择1440只300日龄、体重和产蛋率相近的海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为5个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复96只鸡。对照1组饲喂玉米—豆粕型日粮,不添加复合酶;对照2组饲喂玉米—杂粕型日粮,不添加复合酶;试验1、2、3组在饲喂玉米—杂粕型日粮的基础上,分别添加复合酶1、2、3。试验期为70 d。记录并比较各处理组蛋鸡的产蛋性能和蛋品质相关指标。结果表明,与对照2组相比,试验1、2、3组的产蛋率、平均蛋重、日采食量和产蛋量均显著提高(P<0.05),料蛋比显著降低(P<0.05),其中试验3组的变化幅度最大;各试验组的产蛋率、日采食量和料蛋比与对照1组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验1、2、3组蛋鸡的蛋品质与对照1组及对照2组相比差异不显著(P>0.05),且各试验组的蛋壳厚度与对照2组相比,均有提高的趋势,其中试验3组的提高幅度最大。结果提示,饲喂添加了复合酶的玉米—杂粕型日粮的处理组蛋鸡与饲喂玉米—豆粕型日粮蛋鸡的产蛋性能相近,不同酶谱的复合酶制剂对蛋鸡产蛋性能及蛋品质的改善程度有差异,其中甘露聚糖酶和蛋白酶含量较高的复合酶3效果最佳。

The aim of the present study was to investigate the effects of adding compound enzyme with different zymogram in miscellaneous meal diets on laying performance and eggs quality of laying hens. A total of 1 140 heathy and 300-day-old HyLine Brown hens with similar body weight and laying rate were chosen and divided into five treatment groups with three repeats in each group and 96 layers in each repeat. The control group 1 fed corn-soybean meal diets without compound enzyme;the control group 2 fed corn-miscellaneous meal diets without compound enzyme;the experimental group 1, 2 and 3 fed corn-miscellaneous meal diets adding compound enzyme No.1, No.2 and No.3, respectively. The experimental period lasted for 70 d. The laying performance and eggs quality related indexes of the laying hens in the tested groups were recorded and statistically evaluated. The results showed that compared with the control group 2, the laying rate, average egg weight, daily feed intake and egg production of experimental group 1, 2 and 3 were significantly higher (P<0.05), feed-egg ratio was significantly lower (P<0.05), and the change range of experimental group 3 was the sharpest. No significant differences of laying rate, daily feed intake and feed-egg ratio between experimental groups and control group 1 were observed (P>0.05). There were no significant differences of eggs quality related indexes between experimental groups and control groups (P>0.05). Compared with control group 2, an increasing trend in shell thickness in experimental groups was observed, and the increased range of experimental group 3 was the sharpest. It was indicated that the laying performance of laying hens fed with corn-miscellaneous meal diets adding compound enzyme was similar with that of laying hens fed with corn-soybean meal diets. The improvement effects of compound enzyme with different zymogram on laying performance and egg quality of laying hens varied, and the compound enzyme No.3 with higher content of xylanase and protease was preferred in production practice.
