Sociality is the essential attribute of private enterprise. Currently,there is a common behavior existing among private enter?prises,which is focus more on economic responsibility than moral responsibility,legal responsibility and pubic responsibility. Social role theory provides a new perspective for private enterprises to take social responsibility,which has an important enlightenment for us to real?ize the necessity and intrinsic relationship of private enterprises on performing social responsibility.
