以河南科技大学食品安全专业本科生《食品生物化学》课程教学改革实践为基础,从信息化时代的课程建设、师资队伍建设、课程内容、教学形式等方面进行系统总结,并针对近年来的教学效果,分析实践过程中反馈的信息,及时地进行食品生物化学教学方面的调整和修正,取得了一定的效果,对实践中采取的一些措施做了总结。
以河南科技大學食品安全專業本科生《食品生物化學》課程教學改革實踐為基礎,從信息化時代的課程建設、師資隊伍建設、課程內容、教學形式等方麵進行繫統總結,併針對近年來的教學效果,分析實踐過程中反饋的信息,及時地進行食品生物化學教學方麵的調整和脩正,取得瞭一定的效果,對實踐中採取的一些措施做瞭總結。
이하남과기대학식품안전전업본과생《식품생물화학》과정교학개혁실천위기출,종신식화시대적과정건설、사자대오건설、과정내용、교학형식등방면진행계통총결,병침대근년래적교학효과,분석실천과정중반궤적신식,급시지진행식품생물화학교학방면적조정화수정,취득료일정적효과,대실천중채취적일사조시주료총결。
Based on the teaching reform practice of Food Biochemistry for undergraduates in food safety major of Henan University of Science and Technology, some approaches were adopted to improve the construction of curriculum system, enhance the quality of teachers stuff, increase the attraction of the curriculum content and diversify teaching form. Based on teaching effect of Food Biochemistry in recent years, the feedback information collected in the procedure of teaching reform were analyzed, and some adjustments on Food Biochemistry teaching were made timely. Some progresses were obtained, and the measures taken in the teaching reform practice were summarized.
