信息技术使少数民族地区的双语教育发生了巨大的变化,对少数民族双语教育产生了革命性的影响。我国少数民族双语教育信息化的研究围绕理论建构、设计开发、教学应用和效果评价等方面展开。文章反思了研究中存在的问题:少数民族人员较少参与双语教育信息化研究的团队,少数民族双语教育信息化的研究视野有待拓展,缺乏评价与实证研究,理论与实践有待融合。文章还指出,未来少数民族双语教育信息化研究应该:着眼系统,构建少数民族双语教育信息化的理论体系;立足特点,开展少数民族双语教育信息化研究实践;完善方法,丰富少数民族双语教育信息化的研究对象;科学评价,评估少数民族双语教育信息化的作用与局限。

The information technology makes bilingual education in minority areas change tremendously, which also has a revolutionary impact on minority bilingual education. The research focused on minority bilingual education in ICT environment in china from the aspects of theory construction, design and development, teaching application and effect evaluation. When reflecting on existing problems in research, it found that the number of minority personnel participated in research team was small; the study view of minority bilingual education in ICT environment needed to be expanded; the evaluation and empirical research were lack of; the theory and practice need to be further integrated. For the prospect of minority bilingual education in ICT environment, it is necessary that, carry out practical research of minority bilingual education basing on its characteristics, establish the theoretical system of minority bilingual education focusing on the system, enrich the object of minority bilingual education by perfecting research method; evaluate the value and limitation of minority bilingual education informatization scientifically.
