In this paper,the asymptotic behavior for a class of impulsive discrete-time Cohen-Grossberg neural networks with mixed delays is discussed. By establishing a new delay inequality and using the properties of"ρ-cone",the paper gains some sufficient condi?tions for the global attracting and quasi-invariant sets of this neural networks.
