目的:调查护理系本科生一般自然状况(家庭居住地、父母文化程度、经济状况、学习环境、学习风气、课后活动时间等)与课堂教学满意度是否具有相关性,并找出其影响因素。方法以中国医科大学课堂教学质量评价表为基础,查阅相关文献,设计口腔护理学教学满意度调查问卷,通过内部一致性检验,确定本问卷具有高度内部一致性(总体Cronbach'sα系数为0.969)。以中国医科大学2010级96期护理本科生57人为研究对象,进行问卷调查及进行统计学分析。结果护理本科生对口腔护理学教学总体满意(满意度为89.07%);一般自然状况中家庭居住地、父母文化程度、学习风气与教学满意度具有相关性(P<0.05),护理本科生家庭居住地为农村、父母文化程度越低、学习风气越浓,满意度越高;影响教学满意度的最终因素是母亲的文化程度(P<0.05)。结论对从事高等医学教育的教师提出在今后的教学工作中应该重视不同地域大学生的学习状况的了解,因材施教,使其尽快适应大学的教学方法,提高教学满意度,提高整体教学质量。

Objective To explore the relationship between the natural situation (family residence, parents' education level, financial situation, learning environment, learning atmosphere, after-school time, etc.) and the course satisfaction of the nursing students, and to explore the influencing factors. Methods The course satisfaction of oral nursing was de-veloped on the base of classroom teaching quality and literature of China Medical University. The internal consistency check showed the questionnaire had a high degree of internal consistency (overall Cronbach s' alpha coefficient was 0.969). 57 nursing students were chosen in grade 2010 and 96 term of China Medical University as the research objects to do the questionnaire survey. Results The nursing students had a overall satisfaction (89.07%of satisfaction degree). The natural situation (family residence, parents' education level, learning atmosphere) was positively correlated with course satisfaction (P < 0.05). The nursing students whose family residences were in countryside, parents' education level were lower, learning atmosphere were better, their satisfaction were higher. The finally influencing factors was mother's education level (P<0.05). Conclusion There are some suggestions for university teachers, they should pay at-tention to the learning situation of the college students from different residences, individualized to adapt to university teaching methods, improve teaching satisfaction, improve the overall quality of teaching.
