为研究球形叠氮硝胺发射药的工艺安全性,采用5s 爆发点、落锤式撞击感度仪、摩擦感度仪研究了球形叠氮硝胺发射药的热感度、机械感度、静电感度和冲击波感度,并与球形制式双基药进行了对比。结果表明,对于球形叠氮硝胺发射药(DAQ):5 s 爆发点为228.3℃、爆炸百分数为4%、撞击感度特性落高(H 50)为14.8 cm、50%发火电压为正极3.27 kV/负极3.10 kV、50%发火能量为正极1.18 J/负极1.06 J、冲击波试验隔板值37 mm;对于球形制式双基球形药(SPQ):5 s 爆发点为220.4℃、爆炸百分数为20%、撞击感度特性落高(H 50)为14.1 cm、50%发火电压为正极2.30 kV/负极2.00 kV、50%发火能量为正极0.68 J/负极0.64 J、冲击波试验隔板值为43 mm,表明DAQ 与 SPQ 的工艺安全性基本相当。
為研究毬形疊氮硝胺髮射藥的工藝安全性,採用5s 爆髮點、落錘式撞擊感度儀、摩抆感度儀研究瞭毬形疊氮硝胺髮射藥的熱感度、機械感度、靜電感度和遲擊波感度,併與毬形製式雙基藥進行瞭對比。結果錶明,對于毬形疊氮硝胺髮射藥(DAQ):5 s 爆髮點為228.3℃、爆炸百分數為4%、撞擊感度特性落高(H 50)為14.8 cm、50%髮火電壓為正極3.27 kV/負極3.10 kV、50%髮火能量為正極1.18 J/負極1.06 J、遲擊波試驗隔闆值37 mm;對于毬形製式雙基毬形藥(SPQ):5 s 爆髮點為220.4℃、爆炸百分數為20%、撞擊感度特性落高(H 50)為14.1 cm、50%髮火電壓為正極2.30 kV/負極2.00 kV、50%髮火能量為正極0.68 J/負極0.64 J、遲擊波試驗隔闆值為43 mm,錶明DAQ 與 SPQ 的工藝安全性基本相噹。
위연구구형첩담초알발사약적공예안전성,채용5s 폭발점、락추식당격감도의、마찰감도의연구료구형첩담초알발사약적열감도、궤계감도、정전감도화충격파감도,병여구형제식쌍기약진행료대비。결과표명,대우구형첩담초알발사약(DAQ):5 s 폭발점위228.3℃、폭작백분수위4%、당격감도특성락고(H 50)위14.8 cm、50%발화전압위정겁3.27 kV/부겁3.10 kV、50%발화능량위정겁1.18 J/부겁1.06 J、충격파시험격판치37 mm;대우구형제식쌍기구형약(SPQ):5 s 폭발점위220.4℃、폭작백분수위20%、당격감도특성락고(H 50)위14.1 cm、50%발화전압위정겁2.30 kV/부겁2.00 kV、50%발화능량위정겁0.68 J/부겁0.64 J、충격파시험격판치위43 mm,표명DAQ 여 SPQ 적공예안전성기본상당。
To study the processing safety of spherical azidonitramine gun propellant manufacture,the thermal sensitivity,mechanical sensitivity,electrostatic sensitivity and shock wave sensitivity of spherical azidonitramine gun propellant were studied by 5s explosion temperature test,drop hammer impact sensitivity test,friction sensitivity test and compared with the spherical traditional double-base propellant.Results show that for azidonitramine gun propellant (DAQ):5s explosion point,228.3℃;friction sensitivity,4%;characteristic drop height of impact sensitivity(H 50 ),14.8 cm;50% firing voltage,anode 3.27 kV/cathode 3.10 kV;50% firing energy,anode 1.18 J/cathode 1.06 J;gap value of shock wave test,37 mm.For traditional spherical double-base gun propellant (SPQ):5 s explosion point ,220.4℃;friction sensitivity,20%,characteristic drop height of impact sensitivity(H 50 ),14.1 cm;50% firing voltage,anode 2.30 kV/cathode 2.00 kV;50% firing energy,anode 0.68J/cathode 0.64J;gap value of shock wave test impact wave sensitivity,43 mm,indicating that the DAQ has almost the same processing safety as SPQ.
