基于 Semenov 的热爆炸理论和自催化反应的速率方程,导出了含能材料 Bna 自催化分解反应热爆炸的临界温升速率表达式。用非线性约束优化问题的信赖域算法计算出 Bna 自催化分解反应转向热爆炸时硝化棉(N 质量分数13.54%)的临界温升速率,得到非等温 DSC 条件下描述硝化棉 Bna 自催化分解反应的动力学方程。

An expression describing the critical rate of temperature rise for thermal explosion of Bna autocatalytic decomposition reaction was derived based on Semenov′s thermal explosion theory and rate equation of autocatalytic reaction.The critical rate of temperature rise in nitrocellulose containing 13.54% of nitrogen when Bna autocatalytic decomposition reaction converts into thermal explosion was obtained by trust region algorithms for nonlinear constrained optimization problems.Under the conditions of non-isothermal DSC,the kinetic equation describing the Bna autocatalytic-decomposing reaction of NC was obtained.
