The article introduced the training strategy of specialized nursing personnel in primary hospital, including 2 years' departments ro-tation for new nurses, general specialist training for 1 year, followed by long-term specialist work in a selected department. We used specialist nurse qualification training mode to train the specialist nursing personnel. According to the nurse career planning, targetedly training specialist nursing personnel helps to ensure the safety of nursing service, the stability of nursing team and improve the quality of nursing care.
