本文对热电制冷进行了理论分析,在不同外界环境、热端温度及热电对高度下,运用ANSYS软件模拟了四级热电制冷器的制冷温度;搭建了实验台并进行了实验研究.模拟与实验结果表明,热电制冷器受外界环境影响较大.热电制冷器制冷温度随热端温度升高而增高,因此保证热电制冷器良好的热端散热是保持其优良性能的必要条件.热电制冷器制冷温度随热电对高度增高而降低.

In the present study, the theoretical analysis of thermoelectric refrigeration was done, and the refrigeration temperatures of four-stage thermoelectric cooler under different conditions of environmental temperature, hot end temperature and thermoelectric pair height were simulated by ANSYS software. The experimental rig was built and the experiments were performed. The simulation and experiment results show that the refrigeration temperature was influenced largely by the external environment. The refrigeration temperature increases with the hot end temperature increasing, so good heat dissipation of the hot end must be maintained to ensure the cooler work well. The refrigeration temperature decreases with the height of the thermoelectric pair increasing.
