为了准确检测原油储罐内油水界面位置,实现原油分离罐的自动放水,基于近红外光谱吸收原理设计油水界面检测系统. 设计近红外检测探头,利用油、水对近红外光吸收不同的原理,通过选择合适的红外光谱段和光程,实现了油水界面位置的准确检测,有效避免了油水乳化带对油水分界点检测的影响. 实验结果表明:基于近红外光谱吸收原理的油水界面检测系统可以提高原油储罐油水界面的检测精度.

In order to detect the oil water interface in the oil storage tank and to draw off the water as re-quired, an oil water interface detection system based on near-infrared spectral absorption was designed, in which, basing on the oil and water' s different absorption and through selecting proper infrared spectrums and optical paths, the near-infrared detect probe can determine oil water interface and prevent its emulsification from influencing the detection.The experimental results indicate that this system can improve the detection precision of oil water interface in the crude oil tank.
