提出了ZigBee无线网络的组建方式,建立了多条无线传输的冗余通路;然后依据DDE协议,通过该无线网络实现了终端设备与上位机组态软件之间的数据传输和监测;最后就节点较多,维护困难的问题提出了基于TCL脚本语言和组态王的故障诊断机制,并实现了TCL轮询界面和组态王监测界面对ZigBee无线节点的双重监控,有效地保证了该ZigBee无线网络的稳定、安全运行.

The way to build ZigBee wireless network was proposed, including the establishment of redundancy path for the multiple wireless transmission; then on the basis of DDE protocol and through this wireless net-work, the data transmission and monitoring between terminal equipment and host computer ' s configuration software was implemented;considering the difficulty in managing nodes, the fault diagnosis mechanism based on TCL script language and KingVIEW was put forward to implement the double monitoring of ZigBee wireless nodes based on the TCL polling and KingVIEW monitoring interface which guarantees the stable and safe oper-ation of the ZigBee wireless network effectively.
