新的网络技术的出现,给教师教研提供了新的平台.当前越来越多的地区开始启动网络教研,借助这种新的方式,来推动并实现教研资源共享.近几年网络教研开展过程中积累的成果显而易见,其模式操作和实施越来越完善,得到广大教师和研究者的认同,但是其中也有一些大家共同反映的问题:常规网络教研活动参与度低,教师之间的深层交互不够;一些网络教研活动的实用性不能满足当前老师的需要;网络教研活动的实施中缺少优质资源支撑;教研活动的设计有待规范,并且管理与评估需要继续完善.该文基于当前问题的基础上,从活动类型和活动特点着手,进而总结归纳四大活动设计策略:时间管理、保证内容实用性、辅助支持设计、活动过程引导,进一步完善网络教研中的活动设计策略.

The emergence of new network technology provides a new platform for teaching and educational research. More and more areas have launched network research to boost and realize the teaching resource sharing. The results of the network research are evident in recent years, for example, the model of the operation and implementation are better and better, which has achieved the agreement of many teachers and educational researchers. However, in the process of the implementation of network research, although many teachers actively participant in posting, there exists such problem: the current participation of normal network research activities is low, and the deep interactions between teachers are not enough; Some network research activity practicability can't meet current teacher needs; The activities of network research lack the qualiifed resources to support; The design of teaching and researching activities need to be regulated, and management and evaluation need to continue to improve. And based on the problems, The paper sum up four activity design strategies: time management strategies, content designing strategies, auxiliary supporting design strategies, process guiding strategies, further improve strategies for research content.
