杭州某卫浴公司针对含镍电镀废水的水质和水量特点,采用了多介质预过滤与树脂离子交换相结合的处理工艺对其进行处理. 工程运行实践表明,在处理废水量为6.5 m3/h,进水镍质量浓度为100~150 mg/L,多介质过滤器滤速为8.3 m/h,离子交换总停留时间为37 min的条件下,处理出水镍质量浓度≤0.5 mg/L,浊度≤1.0 NTU,电导率≤100μS/cm,达到《电镀污染物排放标准》(GB 21900—2008)的限值要求.该工程具有处理效果稳定和环境效益明显的优点.

According to the characteristics of the quality and quantity of nickel-containing electroplating wastewater in a hygienic bath company in Hangzhou,the wastewater has been treated by the integrated treatment process,multi-medium pre-filtering+resin ion exchange. The project operating practice shows that when the quantity of the wastewa-ter to be treated is 6.5 m3/h,and the nickel mass concentration of the influent 100-150 mg/L,the filtration velocity of multi-medium filter 8.3 m/h,and the total residence time of ion exchange 37 min,the treated effluent nickel mass concentration is≤0.5 mg/L,turbidity≤1.0 NTU,electrical conductivity≤100μS/cm,meeting the limit value re-quirement of the Discharge Standard of Electroplatng Pollutants(GB 21900—2008). This project has the advantages of stable treatment effect and obvious environment benefit.
