目的：探讨阳和汤加减对乳痈患者血清TNF-α的影响。方法以健康体检妇女为对照组，阳和汤加减治疗乳痈患者为治疗组，分别检测对照组及治疗组治疗前、治疗7天后血清TNF-α水平。结果治疗组治疗前TNF-α水平显著高于对照组；与治疗前比较，治疗组治疗后血清TNF-α水平明显降低；差别均有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论阳和汤加减治疗乳痈可能通过降低患者过高的TNF-α发挥作用。
목적：탐토양화탕가감대유옹환자혈청TNF-α적영향。방법이건강체검부녀위대조조，양화탕가감치료유옹환자위치료조，분별검측대조조급치료조치료전、치료7천후혈청TNF-α수평。결과치료조치료전TNF-α수평현저고우대조조；여치료전비교，치료조치료후혈청TNF-α수평명현강저；차별균유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。결론양화탕가감치료유옹가능통과강저환자과고적TNF-α발휘작용。
Objective To understand the effect of Yanghe decoction on TNF-αof patients with acute mastitis.Method A group of normal child-bearing age women were chosen as the control group, and a group of women with the disease of acute mastitis were chosen as the experimental group.The experimental group was treated with Yanghe decoction.The serum TNF-αcontent of both groups was detected both 7 days before and 7 days after treatment.Findings The level of serum TNF-αcontent of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group before treatment.As compared with that before treatment, the level of serum TNF-αcontent of the experimental group was significantly lower as observed 7 days after treatment.Conclusion Yanghe decoction can significantly treat acute mastitis by decreasing the level of serum TNF-αin patients.
