目的 研究鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效及安全性.方法 选取2014年1月~2014年6月收治的92例慢性鼻窦炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各46例,对照组采用传统手术治疗,观察组采用鼻内镜手术治疗,对比分析两组临床疗效.结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组患者总有效率( P<0.05 );与对照组比较,观察组患者出血量、手术时间及住院时间明显减少( P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率和复发率均明显低于对照组( P<0.05).结论 鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎疗效显著,且能缓解患者痛苦,术后恢复较好,安全性高,值得在临床上使用.

목적 연구비내경수술치료만성비두염적림상료효급안전성.방법 선취2014년1월~2014년6월수치적92례만성비두염환자,수궤분위관찰조화대조조각46례,대조조채용전통수술치료,관찰조채용비내경수술치료,대비분석량조림상료효.결과 관찰조환자치료총유효솔명현고우대조조환자총유효솔( P<0.05 );여대조조비교,관찰조환자출혈량、수술시간급주원시간명현감소( P<0.05);관찰조술후병발증발생솔화복발솔균명현저우대조조( P<0.05).결론 비내경수술치료만성비두염료효현저,차능완해환자통고,술후회복교호,안전성고,치득재림상상사용.
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of nasal endoscopic surgery for chronic sinusi-tis.Metho ds The clinical data of 92 patients who underwent chronic sinusitis in our hospital during January 2014 and June 2014 were collected,the whole patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,each group contained 46 cases.The control group was given traditional surgical treatment,the observation group was given na-sal endoscopic surgery treatment.The clinical efficacy in the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than in control group,there were significant differences between the two groups ( P<0.05 ).The blood loss,operative time and hospitalization time in the observation group was significantly low-er than in control group (P<0.05).The total complication rate and relapse rate in the observation group was significant-ly lower than in control group ( P<0.05).Conclusion s Curative effect is dependable for nasal endoscopic surgery for chronic sinusitis.
