MOOC 已经在国内教育界掀起了一股热潮。然而,关于 MOOC 的移动学习方式研究鲜有报道。随着移动互联网的普及,用户使用手机、PAD等移动终端上网的比例越来越高,探讨移动环境下的课程学习十分必要。文章拟从用户的视角,评价国内外主流开放课程平台的移动终端(APP)应用,选取网易公开课、清华学堂、TED、Coursera四个国内外具有代表性的开放课程平台,以安卓系统为例,通过手机APP的安装进行评测。文章还采用归纳整合的“MOOC 移动终端评价指标体系”,通过多维度对比分析,评价了 MOOC 移动终端的运行和服务质量情况,提出了移动终端平台优化对策,以期为MOOC移动终端应用与建设提供决策参考。

Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) has set off an upsurge in the domestic education sector. However, there are few reports on the study of mobile learning on open courses. With the popularization of mobile internet, and the increasing proportion of using cell phones, PAD and other mobile terminals, it is necessary to study the course learning in mobile environment. Selecting four representative open course platforms, such as Netease open class, Tsinghua University, Coursera, and TED, this study is intended to evaluate the mobile terminal (APP) application on open platform from the perspective of customers, relying on the Android system to evaluate installation of cell phone APP. This study adopts the “Mobile terminal evaluation index system on open curriculum”, analyzing the mobile terminal operation and service quality of the open curriculum, proposing optimization strategy of the mobile terminal platform, and offer references for the application and construction of mobile terminal.
