采用激光粒度分析仪(激光衍射法)测定不溶性硫黄的粒径分布来表征其分散性,并考察不溶性硫黄的粒径分布对胶料加工性能和物理性能的影响。结果表明,采用激光衍射法测定的不溶性硫黄分散性与不溶性硫黄胶料的加工性能、物理性能具有较强的相关性,可为优化胶料配方、调整胶料工艺性能和提高成品轮胎质量提供重要依据。
採用激光粒度分析儀(激光衍射法)測定不溶性硫黃的粒徑分佈來錶徵其分散性,併攷察不溶性硫黃的粒徑分佈對膠料加工性能和物理性能的影響。結果錶明,採用激光衍射法測定的不溶性硫黃分散性與不溶性硫黃膠料的加工性能、物理性能具有較彊的相關性,可為優化膠料配方、調整膠料工藝性能和提高成品輪胎質量提供重要依據。

The particle size distribution of insoluble sulfur was measured by laser particle size analyzer using laser diffraction method to characterize its dispersion, and inlfuence of the particle size distribution of insoluble sulfur on the processing properties and physical properties of rubber compound was investigated. The results showed strong correlation between the processing properties and physical properties of the compound with the dispersion of isoluble sulfur measured by laser diffraction method. This method provides quick and effective guidance for the optimization of compound formulation, adjustment of processing properties and improvement of the quality of ifnished tires.
