目的：探析影响产后抑郁的危险因素。方法收集745名产妇的相关资料并对资料进行统计分析处理，了解影响产妇产后抑郁的相关因素。结果745例产妇中有93例出现产后抑郁，发生率为12．48％。 Logistic多因素逐步回归分析显示无职业者、不满意居住条件及缺乏家人关心是产后抑郁的危险因素。结论有部分产妇存在产后抑郁的可能，尤其是无职业者、不满意居住条件及缺乏家人关心的产妇。

Objective To understand the main factors contributing to the symptom of postpartum depression.Method The clinical data of 745 maternal women were first collected and analyzed as an attempt to identify the possible factors leading to postpartum depression.Findings 93 of the 745 women were found to suffer symptoms of postpartum depression.The incidence rate was 12.48%.Stepwise regression analysis showed that joblessness, undesirable living conditions and lack of care from family were the main factors that give rise to postpartum depression.Conclusion A significant percentage of maternal women may suffer postpartum depression, especially those faced with joblessness, undesirable living conditions and lack of family.
