目的：探讨综合干预对焦虑症患者生活质量及睡眠质量的影响。方法112例焦虑症患者分别采用常规治疗（对照组）和综合干预（观察组），第6周末采用生活质数问卷及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（ PSQI）对两组患者的生活质量及睡眠质量进行评定比较。结果治疗后，与对照组比较，观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表（ HAMA）、抑郁量表（HAMD）评分降低，生活质量总指数升高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；观察组入睡时间得分、日间功能得分及PSQI总分较对照组显著降低（P＜0．05）。结论综合干预能够提高焦虑症患者的生活质量，帮助患者改善睡眠质量。

Objective To understand the effect of comprehensive intervention on the life quality ad sleep quality of patients suffering anxiety.Method 112 patients experiencing anxiety were given routine treatment ( the control group ) and comprehensive intervention( the experimental group) respectively.6 weeks after treatment or intervention, the prime of life questionnaire and the Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale ( PSQI) were used to evaluate the two groups of patients’ quality of life and sleep quality.Findings After treatment, the experimental group ’ s HAMA and HAMD scores significantly decreased as compared to those of the control group.The total quality of life index increased significantly.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The length of time needed to get into sleep, the daytime sleep time function and the total PSQI score of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive intervention can improve the life quality and sleep quality of patients with anxiety.
