研究碳短纤维以改性剂(主要成分为碳短纤维、表面改性剂和白炭黑)的形式在载重子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:在载重子午线轮胎胎面胶中加入适量的碳短纤维改性剂,胶料门尼粘度增大,硫化特性变化不大;硫化胶的定伸应力、拉伸强度、撕裂强度和耐磨性能提高,耐热老化性能下降,但变化不大。

연구탄단섬유이개성제(주요성분위탄단섬유、표면개성제화백탄흑)적형식재재중자오선륜태태면효중적응용。결과표명:재재중자오선륜태태면효중가입괄량적탄단섬유개성제,효료문니점도증대,류화특성변화불대;류화효적정신응력、랍신강도、시렬강도화내마성능제고,내열노화성능하강,단변화불대。
The application of short carbon ifbers in the form of modiifer in the tread compound of TBR tire was studied. Main ingredients of the ifbers modifer included short tarbon ifber, modiifer and silica. With appropriate amount of short carbon ifber modiifer, the tensile modulus, tensile strength, tear strength and abrasion resistance of the vulcanizates were improved, while the Mooney viscosity of the compound increased, the curing characteristic changed little, and the heat aging resistance of the vulcanizates decreased slightly.
