针对电容吸附除盐法中电压低、处理效率低、电极易腐蚀等缺点,对活性炭纤维电极表面进行了覆膜绝缘处理. NaCl模拟溶液实验结果表明,覆膜电极电吸附除盐的最佳操作电压为20 V,最佳作用时间为30 min. 对低浓度NaCl溶液(<300 mg/L),溶液电导率去除率可达80%以上. 吸附等温线拟合结果表明,低电压(<10 V)时,吸附倾向于Langmuir模型;高电压时,吸附更加符合Freundlich模型.
針對電容吸附除鹽法中電壓低、處理效率低、電極易腐蝕等缺點,對活性炭纖維電極錶麵進行瞭覆膜絕緣處理. NaCl模擬溶液實驗結果錶明,覆膜電極電吸附除鹽的最佳操作電壓為20 V,最佳作用時間為30 min. 對低濃度NaCl溶液(<300 mg/L),溶液電導率去除率可達80%以上. 吸附等溫線擬閤結果錶明,低電壓(<10 V)時,吸附傾嚮于Langmuir模型;高電壓時,吸附更加符閤Freundlich模型.
침대전용흡부제염법중전압저、처리효솔저、전겁역부식등결점,대활성탄섬유전겁표면진행료복막절연처리. NaCl모의용액실험결과표명,복막전겁전흡부제염적최가조작전압위20 V,최가작용시간위30 min. 대저농도NaCl용액(<300 mg/L),용액전도솔거제솔가체80%이상. 흡부등온선의합결과표명,저전압(<10 V)시,흡부경향우Langmuir모형;고전압시,흡부경가부합Freundlich모형.
Aiming at the disadvantages of capacitive adsorption desalination process,such as low voltage,low treat-ment efficiency,easily corrosive electrode,etc.,the surface of activated carbon fiber electrode has been treated by membrane-coated insulation. The results from NaCl simulated solution experiment shows that in the membrane-coated electrode electro-adsorption desalination process,the optimal operation voltage is 20 V,and optimal reaction time 30 min. When the low-concentration NaCl solution is less than 300 mg/L,the electrical conductivity removing rate of the solution are above 80%. The result of electro-adsorption isotherm fitting shows that when the low voltage is less than 10 V,the adsorption tends to Langmuir model. When the voltage is high, the adsorption is in accordance with Freundlich model.
