目的::比较渗透树脂(ICON)、流动树脂(Z350)、窝沟封闭剂3种树脂材料对早期釉质龋表面的处理效果。方法:选取新鲜拔除的牛切牙60个,模拟体外建立早期釉质龋模型后随机分为A、B、C、D 4组(n=15);其中A、B、C组分别用渗透树脂、Z350流动树脂及窝沟封闭剂进行处理,D组不作任何处理用于对照。处理结束后,分别测量各组样本表面的粗糙度、显微硬度及树脂的渗透深度。结果:各组样本表面粗糙度由高到低以此为:D组>B组>A组>C组,各组间相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);各组样本表面显微硬度由高到低以此为:A组>B组>C组>D组,各组间相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);各组对树脂的渗透百分比由高到低依次为:A组>B组>C组>D组,各组间相比,除B组和C组无统计学差异(P>0.05)外,其余各组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期釉质龋样本经上述3种树脂处理后,其表面粗糙以窝沟封闭剂最低;表面显微硬度以渗透树脂最高,其树脂树脂渗透百分比高于Z350流动树脂及窝沟封闭剂。

목적::비교삼투수지(ICON)、류동수지(Z350)、와구봉폐제3충수지재료대조기유질우표면적처리효과。방법:선취신선발제적우절아60개,모의체외건립조기유질우모형후수궤분위A、B、C、D 4조(n=15);기중A、B、C조분별용삼투수지、Z350류동수지급와구봉폐제진행처리,D조불작임하처리용우대조。처리결속후,분별측량각조양본표면적조조도、현미경도급수지적삼투심도。결과:각조양본표면조조도유고도저이차위:D조>B조>A조>C조,각조간상비차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05);각조양본표면현미경도유고도저이차위:A조>B조>C조>D조,각조간상비차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05);각조대수지적삼투백분비유고도저의차위:A조>B조>C조>D조,각조간상비,제B조화C조무통계학차이(P>0.05)외,기여각조간차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:조기유질우양본경상술3충수지처리후,기표면조조이와구봉폐제최저;표면현미경도이삼투수지최고,기수지수지삼투백분비고우Z350류동수지급와구봉폐제。
AIM: To investigate the effects of infiltration resin ICON, flow resin Z350 and fissure sealant 3M on on early enamel caries. METHODS:60 freshly extracted bovine teeth were randomly divided into 4 groups (n=15) after artificial enamel caries had been built. The samples were treated with ICON ( group A), Z350 (group B) and 3M (groups C) respectively, those in Group D received no treatmentad the controls. Enamel surface roughness, micro hardness and percentage of penetration were measured. RESULTS:Enamel roughness value was in the following order;group D>group B>group A> group C, (between each 2 groups, P<0. 05); micro hardness value:group A>group B>group C>group D, (between each 2 groups, P<0. 05); percentage of penetration depth were:group A>group B>group C >group D (between each 2 groups, P <0. 05 except group B vs. group C). CONCLUSION:When applied on artificial enamel lesions, fissure sealant may produce the lowest surface roughness value. ICON may produce the highest micro hardness and percentage of the penetration value.
