物流一体化是京津冀协同发展的先导。虽然京津冀三地于2014年联合推出了《关于建立京津冀流通产业服务机制的意见》，并提出物流一体化的具体落实措施，但物流一体化实际运行并未全面展开，国家的政策推动也未取得预期效果，目前仍存在一些问题和障碍。因此，京津冀三地应转变发展思路，依据各自优势，分工协同，形成各自不同的特色中心，走平等共赢之路；重协调补短板，加强行业间沟通，出台针对性政策；构建物流信息平台，合理规划物流节点；推行现代物流技术，加快物流企业转型升级。

Logistic integration is the forerunner of integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Though there are some measures that can be used to implement the logistic integration in this area have been introduced,they have not yet been completely put into place;and the expected achievements of related national policies have not yet been made. At present,there are some problems and barriers in the logistic integration of this region,and we should transform our thought of development, realize the labor division and coordination according to the advantages of each region,foster different special centers of each region,and develop on the basis of creating the win-win situation. The three regions should,first,pay more attention to coordination and complementation,strengthen communication among industries,and introduce targeted policies. Second,they should also build the logistic information platform and make out the rational plan of logistic nodes. Third,they should popularize the modern logistic technology and accelerate the transformation and upgrade of logistic enterprise.
