近年来对干细胞的研究越来越受到重视,并且干细胞在治疗终末期肝病方面已取得了令人瞩目的成绩,但对于其在治疗肝癌的研究应用较少,安全性有待进一步研究探索.目前的研究结果显示,无论在体内还是体外,BMSCs对肝癌细胞增殖、侵袭影响的实验结果并不一致.部分临床实验证实BMSCs移植辅助治疗肝癌可改善肝功能,有助于肝再生.利用BMSCs的归巢特性,可予以修饰BMSCs,将其作为荷载抗肿瘤成分的工具,以达到治疗肿瘤的目的,这为肝癌的治疗提供了新的方法.本文就目前骨髓间充质干细胞(Bone mesenchymal stem cell,BMSCs)对肝癌的影响的临床和实验研究做一综述.

In recent years, stem cells were paid more and more attention, and their treatment of end-stage liv-er diseases has been made great achievements. However, stem cells were seldom reported in hepatic carcinoma. And the safety of bone mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) deserves further research. Present studies haven't reached an agreement on the effect of BMSCs on proliferation and invasion of hepatoma cell. Yet some clinical trials have con-firmed that BMSCs transplantation as an auxiliary treatment of hepatic carcinoma can help improve liver function and promote liver regeneration. Depending on the homing feature of BMSCs, the BMSCs can be modified as a vecter of antineoplastics. In this way BMSCs provides a new treatment for hepatocellar carcinoma. This article provides a re-view on the clinical and experimental studies of BMSCs in the treatment of hepatic carcinoma.
