目的 探讨护理干预对妇科恶性肿瘤患者抑郁和焦虑心理状况的影响.方法 选取2012年10月~2014年10月接受妇科恶性肿瘤治疗的患者73例为实验研究的对象,对患者的临床资料进行分析,并给予患者护理干预服务,对比分析患者接受护理干预前后焦虑、抑郁的发生情况.结果 研究中共有患者73例,实施护理干预后患者的SAS评分、SDS评分以及严重焦虑、抑郁的发生情况均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05 ).结论 在对妇科恶性肿瘤患者实施护理服务的过程中,护理干预的运用有效的降低了患者焦虑和抑郁情况的发生,改善了患者SAS评分和SDS评分情况,具有显著的护理效果,值得临床推广和运用.

목적 탐토호리간예대부과악성종류환자억욱화초필심리상황적영향.방법 선취2012년10월~2014년10월접수부과악성종류치료적환자73례위실험연구적대상,대환자적림상자료진행분석,병급여환자호리간예복무,대비분석환자접수호리간예전후초필、억욱적발생정황.결과 연구중공유환자73례,실시호리간예후환자적SAS평분、SDS평분이급엄중초필、억욱적발생정황균명현우우대조조,차이구유통계학의의( P<0.05 ).결론 재대부과악성종류환자실시호리복무적과정중,호리간예적운용유효적강저료환자초필화억욱정황적발생,개선료환자SAS평분화SDS평분정황,구유현저적호리효과,치득림상추엄화운용.
Objective To explore the Effect of quality nursing system on depression and anxiety status of patients with gynecologic malignant oncology.Methods 73 cases of patients with gynecologic malignant oncology who treated in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2014 were selected.The clinical information of the patients were collected for restrospective analysis,and the patients were treated with nursing services.The incidence of depression and anxiety be-fore and after nursing intervention were comparatively analyzed.Results The SAS score,SDS score and the incidence of depression and anxiety of the patients after nursing intervention were significantly better than those of the patients be-fore nursing intervention (P<0.05).Conclusions Application of nursing intervention during the nursing services to the patients with gynecologic malignant oncology can effectively decrease the incidence of depression and anxiety,im-prove the SAS and SDS scores,and has significant nursing effect and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
