目的::观察牙本质表面涂覆掺钾纳米羟基磷灰石( HA)糊剂后其表面接触角的变化,并研究其对聚羧酸锌水门汀( ZPCC)与牙本质粘结强度的影响。方法:将40个牙本质样本随机分为A、B、C、D 4组(n=10),其中A组不作任何处理用于对照,B、C、D组分别在其粘结面涂覆纳米羟基磷灰石糊剂(nHA)、掺钾纳米羟基磷灰石糊剂( K-nHA)、Gluma脱敏剂,并分别测量各组牙本质表面接触角的变化;然后用ZPCC将直径为4 mm的纯钛块分别粘结于各组样本的粘结面,并用万能实验机测量试件ZPCC与牙本质的粘结强度。结果:牙本质表面经不同处理后,其表面的接触角由高到低依次为:对照组>Gluma组>nHA组>K-nHA组,各组间两两相比均有统计学差异(P<0.05);各组剪切粘结强度、断裂模式数据两两相比,均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:nHA、K-nHA、Gluma脱敏剂对ZPCC的粘结效果均无不良影响。
目的::觀察牙本質錶麵塗覆摻鉀納米羥基燐灰石( HA)糊劑後其錶麵接觸角的變化,併研究其對聚羧痠鋅水門汀( ZPCC)與牙本質粘結彊度的影響。方法:將40箇牙本質樣本隨機分為A、B、C、D 4組(n=10),其中A組不作任何處理用于對照,B、C、D組分彆在其粘結麵塗覆納米羥基燐灰石糊劑(nHA)、摻鉀納米羥基燐灰石糊劑( K-nHA)、Gluma脫敏劑,併分彆測量各組牙本質錶麵接觸角的變化;然後用ZPCC將直徑為4 mm的純鈦塊分彆粘結于各組樣本的粘結麵,併用萬能實驗機測量試件ZPCC與牙本質的粘結彊度。結果:牙本質錶麵經不同處理後,其錶麵的接觸角由高到低依次為:對照組>Gluma組>nHA組>K-nHA組,各組間兩兩相比均有統計學差異(P<0.05);各組剪切粘結彊度、斷裂模式數據兩兩相比,均無顯著性差異(P>0.05)。結論:nHA、K-nHA、Gluma脫敏劑對ZPCC的粘結效果均無不良影響。
목적::관찰아본질표면도복참갑납미간기린회석( HA)호제후기표면접촉각적변화,병연구기대취최산자수문정( ZPCC)여아본질점결강도적영향。방법:장40개아본질양본수궤분위A、B、C、D 4조(n=10),기중A조불작임하처리용우대조,B、C、D조분별재기점결면도복납미간기린회석호제(nHA)、참갑납미간기린회석호제( K-nHA)、Gluma탈민제,병분별측량각조아본질표면접촉각적변화;연후용ZPCC장직경위4 mm적순태괴분별점결우각조양본적점결면,병용만능실험궤측량시건ZPCC여아본질적점결강도。결과:아본질표면경불동처리후,기표면적접촉각유고도저의차위:대조조>Gluma조>nHA조>K-nHA조,각조간량량상비균유통계학차이(P<0.05);각조전절점결강도、단렬모식수거량량상비,균무현저성차이(P>0.05)。결론:nHA、K-nHA、Gluma탈민제대ZPCC적점결효과균무불량영향。
AIM:To observe the changes of surface contact angle of tooth surface after application of potas-sium mixed nano-hydroxyapatite( nHA) , and to study its effect of bonding strength between zinc polycarbonoxylate ce-ment ( ZPCC) and the enamel. METHODS:The surfaces 40 dentine samples were treated by nHA, potassium mixed nHA(K-nHA) and Gluma desensitizer (Gluma) respectively(n=10). The contact angle on the dentinal surface was measured. Titanium metal blocks were then bonded to pretreated tooth surfaces, the shear strength was measured by u-niversal test machine. RESULTS:The contact angle of dentin surface was in the following order: control >Gluma group>nHA group>K-nHA group (P<0. 05). The shear strength was stronger in experimental groups but with no statistical difference (P>0. 05). Fracture mode data did not show statistically significant difference among groups (P>0. 05). CONCLUSION:nHA, K-nHA, Gluma desensitizer has no negative impacts on the bond strength of ZPCC.
