目的:探讨山楂叶总黄酮对慢性脑缺血大鼠脑组织 p38蛋白表达的影响。方法健康雄性 SD 大鼠,随机分为假手术组、模型组、山楂叶总黄酮组、银杏叶片组。采用永久性双侧颈总动脉结扎法制备慢性脑缺血模型。Morris 水迷宫检测大鼠学习记忆能力;Western blot 法检测 p38蛋白的表达。结果与模型组比较,山楂叶总黄酮可明显改善血管性痴呆大鼠学习记忆能力,缩短大鼠逃避潜伏期( P <0.05),增加大鼠穿越平台次数(P <0.05),抑制大鼠缺血脑组织 p38蛋白的表达(P <0.05)。结论山楂叶总黄酮对慢性脑缺血大鼠的神经功能具有保护作用,其机制可能与抑制 p38蛋白表达,减轻脑神经元凋亡有关。

목적:탐토산사협총황동대만성뇌결혈대서뇌조직 p38단백표체적영향。방법건강웅성 SD 대서,수궤분위가수술조、모형조、산사협총황동조、은행협편조。채용영구성쌍측경총동맥결찰법제비만성뇌결혈모형。Morris 수미궁검측대서학습기억능력;Western blot 법검측 p38단백적표체。결과여모형조비교,산사협총황동가명현개선혈관성치태대서학습기억능력,축단대서도피잠복기( P <0.05),증가대서천월평태차수(P <0.05),억제대서결혈뇌조직 p38단백적표체(P <0.05)。결론산사협총황동대만성뇌결혈대서적신경공능구유보호작용,기궤제가능여억제 p38단백표체,감경뇌신경원조망유관。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and mechanism that total flavone of Hawthorn leaf(TFHL) on p38 protein in brain of the chronic cerebral ischemia rat. Methods Male healthy SD rats were randomly divided into sham group,model group,TFHL group and Ginkgo leaf group. Permanent bilateral carotid artery ligation was used to prepare chronic cerebral ischemia model. Morris water maze method was used to evaluate learning and memory abilities of rats;Western blot method was used to measure the expression of p38 protein(P < 0. 05). Results Compared with the model group,TFHL treatment can improve learning and memory capabilities of vascular dementia rats,shorten the escape latency (P < 0. 05),increase the number of crossing the platform(P < 0. 05)and dramatically inhibit the expression of p38 protein (P < 0. 05). Conclusion TFHL played a protective role to nerve function of the chronic cerebral ischemia rat. The mecha-nism of its anti - apoptosis might be associated with down - regulating expression of p38 protein,reduced the apoptosis of neuron in the brain.
