目的：研究仙鹿活骨丸对大鼠股骨头缺血性坏死的治疗作用。方法采用大鼠股骨头坏死模型、小鼠热板实验和扭体实验以及大鼠血液流变学研究实验方法，研究和探讨仙鹿活骨丸对股骨头缺血性坏死的作用。结果仙鹿活骨丸能明显改善股骨头部位的骨密度水平和动物血流变水平，增加小鼠热板实验致痛潜伏期，增加0.6%醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应潜伏期，并减少扭体次数。结论仙鹿活骨丸对股骨头缺血性坏死有明显的改善作用。
目的：研究仙鹿活骨汍對大鼠股骨頭缺血性壞死的治療作用。方法採用大鼠股骨頭壞死模型、小鼠熱闆實驗和扭體實驗以及大鼠血液流變學研究實驗方法，研究和探討仙鹿活骨汍對股骨頭缺血性壞死的作用。結果仙鹿活骨汍能明顯改善股骨頭部位的骨密度水平和動物血流變水平，增加小鼠熱闆實驗緻痛潛伏期，增加0.6%醋痠所緻小鼠扭體反應潛伏期，併減少扭體次數。結論仙鹿活骨汍對股骨頭缺血性壞死有明顯的改善作用。
목적：연구선록활골환대대서고골두결혈성배사적치료작용。방법채용대서고골두배사모형、소서열판실험화뉴체실험이급대서혈액류변학연구실험방법，연구화탐토선록활골환대고골두결혈성배사적작용。결과선록활골환능명현개선고골두부위적골밀도수평화동물혈류변수평，증가소서열판실험치통잠복기，증가0.6%작산소치소서뉴체반응잠복기，병감소뉴체차수。결론선록활골환대고골두결혈성배사유명현적개선작용。
Objective To investigate the effect of Xianlu Huogu Pills on avascular necrosis of the femoral head in rats. Methods The avascular necrosis of the femoral head model was induced by tretinoin,mice hot plate test,writhing test and blood rheology in rats were used to investigate and verify the effects of Xianlu Huogu Pills on avascular necrosis of the femo-ral head. Results Xianlu Huogu Pills can improve the bone mineral density level,animal blood rheology level obviously, increase the mouse hot plate experiment induced pain latency,increase of 0. 6% acetic acid writhing response latency,and reduce the number of writhing. Conclusion Xianlu Huogu Pills had remarkable protective effects on avascular necrosis of the femoral head model of rats.
