目的:探讨阿尔茨海默病(AD )患者的精神行为症状(BPSD )与血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy )的相关性。方法选取39例伴有BPSD的AD患者和36例不伴BPSD的AD患者,以及38名健康对照者。分别测定所有被试的血浆Hcy水平并进行临床评估和认知评估。结果3组研究对象血浆Hcy水平由高至低依次为伴BPSD的AD患者,不伴BPSD的AD患者,健康对照组,且差异有统计学意义( P <0.01)。在两个患者组中,H cy水平与认知功能呈负相关( r =-0.686,-0.442,P <0.01)。结论血浆 Hcy水平与BPSD相关,Hcy可能参与了AD患者BPSD的发病机制。

Objective To explore the relationship between behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia (BPSD) and plasma homocysteine(Hcy) .Methods Thirty -nine Alzheimer disease(AD) patients with BPSD ,thirty -six AD patients without BPSD ,and thirty -eight healthy controls were re‐cruited in the study .All participants were tested the level of Hcy ,and were assessed clinical symptoms and cognitive function .Results Our results evidenced that the Hcy levels in AD patients with BPSD and without BPSD were higher than the healthy controls .The Hcy level in AD patients with BPSD was the highest among the three groups (P < 0 .01) .The level of Hcy was negatively correlated with the cogni‐tive function (r = -0 .686 ,-0 .442 ,respectively ;P < 0 .01) .Conclusions The results supporte that Hcy is associated with BPSD ,and may take part in the pathogenesis of BPSD in AD .
