目的:建立多糖铁复合物中铁的含量测定方法。方法采用紫外-可见分光光度法,在酸性条件下加热使 Fe3+游离后,用盐酸羟胺还原成 Fe2+,再与邻菲罗啉反应形成红色络合物,以紫外-可见分光光度法在(510±2)nm 波长处测定其含量。结果本方法线性关系良好(r =0.9999),平均回收率为100.51%(RSD =0.64%)。结论本方法操作简便准确,重复性好,可用于多糖铁复合物的铁含量测定。

목적:건립다당철복합물중철적함량측정방법。방법채용자외-가견분광광도법,재산성조건하가열사 Fe3+유리후,용염산간알환원성 Fe2+,재여린비라람반응형성홍색락합물,이자외-가견분광광도법재(510±2)nm 파장처측정기함량。결과본방법선성관계량호(r =0.9999),평균회수솔위100.51%(RSD =0.64%)。결론본방법조작간편준학,중복성호,가용우다당철복합물적철함량측정。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of iron content in Iron Polysaccharide Complex. Methods Under the acid condition,Fe3 + was dissociated from Hongyuanda Capsules by heating,then Fe3 + was deoxidized into Fe2 + by hydroxylamine hydrochloride,and red Fe2 + - orthophenanthroline complex was formed through combination with o - phenanthroline. The content was determined by UV - VIS at a wavelength of(510 ± 2)nm. Results The linearity was good(r = 0. 999 9),the average recovery was 100. 51%(RSD = 0. 64% ). Conclusion The method was simple,reliable and reproducible,and can be used for the determination of iron content in Iron Polysaccharide Complex.
