慕课(MOOCs)的发展使我们看到了信息时代学习的新方式,网络技术的发展为促进国际化人才的培养提供了另一种可能.基于高校国际化人才培养的瓶颈,结合网络技术的最新发展,该文提出了"跨文化混合同步网络课堂"的概念,并开展了一个学期的实践.结果表明:学生对跨文化混合同步网络课堂表现出了积极的兴趣,多数学生表示能开拓国际视野、提高英语能力;但实践中也存在各种问题,导致学生的学习效果并不够理想.最后该文指出了跨文化同步网络课堂可以从平台功能分析及模型架构、课堂的开展策略、课堂的基本特征、教师任务模型等四个方面开展研究,以便优化学生的学习体验,提升学习效能.

MOOCs enable us to see an innovative way of learning in the information age, while the development of network technology offers another possibility to promote international talents cultivation. Based bottleneck of internationalized talents training in universities, combined with the latest developments in network technology, this paper presents the concept of "cross-cultural blended synchronous cyber classroom (CBCSC)" and carried out the practice for a semester. The results indicated that students showed a positive interest in cross-cultural blended synchronous cyber classroom, and the majority of students said they could broaden their horizons and improve their English proifciency. However, there are a variety of problems. We point out the four areas for future research lies in platform architecture and function, strategies for conducting CBCSC, the basic features of the classroom, and the teacher task model, for optimizing the learning experience and enhancing learning effectiveness.
