目的:建立测定醋酸甲萘氢醌原料中锌(Zn)的残留的方法。方法样品经过简单的前处理,利用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法对醋酸甲萘氢醌原料中锌的残留量进行测定。结果该方法测得锌元素的线性范围为0~1.6μg·mL -1,相关系数 r =0.9982,平均回收率为95.5%(n =9),RSD 为1.6%。结论该方法专属性好,灵敏度高,操作简便,适用于醋酸甲萘氢醌原料中锌元素的限度检查。

목적:건립측정작산갑내경곤원료중자(Zn)적잔류적방법。방법양품경과간단적전처리,이용공기-을결화염원자흡수광보법대작산갑내경곤원료중자적잔류량진행측정。결과해방법측득자원소적선성범위위0~1.6μg·mL -1,상관계수 r =0.9982,평균회수솔위95.5%(n =9),RSD 위1.6%。결론해방법전속성호,령민도고,조작간편,괄용우작산갑내경곤원료중자원소적한도검사。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of Zn in menadiol diacetate raw material. Methods The content of Zn in menadiol diacetate raw material was determined by using air - acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS). Results The linear range was 0 ~ 1. 6 μg·mL - 1(r = 0. 998 2). The average recovery of Zn was 95. 5%(n = 9),and the RSD was 1. 6% . Conclusion The method has a good specificity,high sensitivity,easy operation and can be used for the inspection of Zn in menadiol diacetate raw material.
