要做到教育公平,国家、社会、学校和社区必须对残障大学生个人、其家庭以及残障大学生群体提供教育支持.笔者在研究教育公平理论的基础上,从政策法规、经费支持、无障碍环境建设以及就业支持四个方面,分析我国残障大学生教育支持在短期内所取得的成就、所面临的挑战,并从促进入学机会均等、受教育过程均等以及教育结果均等三个方面,在国家、社会、社区和学校四个层面构建残障大学生的教育支持体系.

To achieve education equity,the country,society,schools and communities must provide educational support to disabled indi-viduals,their family and the disabled group.Based on the education equity theory,the author analyzes the progresses and the challenges of educational support to disabled college students in the short term in China from four aspects such as policies and regulations,financial support,barrier-free environment construction and employment support.And it also constructs an educational support system for disabled college students in four dimensions of the country, society, schools and communities from admission opportunity equality, education process equality and education outcome equality.
